JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Business Support team, you will play an important role in supporting customer service activities. The work is varied and includes both administrative and coordinating tasks, such as handling technicians' work orders, ordering spare parts, and phone contact with both customers and internal colleagues. Furthermore, in the role of Business Support, you will:

• Register technicians' work orders and manage invoicing.

• Answer phone calls and respond to customers' and colleagues' inquiries.

• Order, receive, and invoice spare parts. 

• Resolve customer inquiries and handle warranty cases.

• Participate in meetings and contribute improvement suggestions.

We believe that you who are applying for the position have relevant education and good experience in administrative work. To succeed in our team, we expect you to be a team player with high social competence. You are flexible and thrive in a dynamic environment while having an excellent sense of customer service. Experience in the dairy industry is a plus.

• At least 3 years of work experience.

• A structured approach with excellent documentation skills.

• Strong communication skills, both by phone and email.

• Knowledge of and experience with IFS and Mowex is a big plus.

The position as Business Support is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client.
